Michael is a 1980 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He joined Abraham, Borda, Corvino, Butz, LaValva & Co in ​1983 and became a shareholder in 1991. Michael’s practice areas include accounting, business valuations, and tax planning and consulting for closely-held businesses including their owners. He is certified in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey. In his free time he enjoys rooting for Penn State and the Yankees and spending time with his wife and two sons. Born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, he resides in Bethlehem Township.

She joined the firm in 1995 and became a shareholder in 2012. Her practice areas include estate planning as well as tax planning for closely held businesses and the individuals that own them. She lives in Forks Township with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

John’s practice areas include closely held business taxation and planning with focus on clients in the manufacturing, construction, distribution and retail industries.  His outside interests include running, dining, watching or playing sports, rooting for the Oklahoma Sooners, Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Orioles. John and his wife live in Bartonsville.

Alan Abraham founded the firm in 1968. He is a graduate of Bloomfield College with a B.S. in accounting. His practice at the firm focuses on tax planning and preparation, management consulting, litigation support, as well estate, financial and retirement planning. He is certified in Florida and New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania. Alan is very involved in the community and currently serves as part-time volunteer CFO for Project of Easton, Inc. He enjoys spending his free time he has with his wife, their three daughters and their grandchildren.

Karl is a 1979 graduate of Moravian College with a BBA in Accounting. He joined Abraham, Borda, Corvino, Butz, LaValva & Co in 1999 when his private practice in Nazareth, PA merged with the firm. In addition to working with small businesses, Karl also specializes in non-profit organizations. Karl lives in Nazareth with his wife. He is a woodworking hobbyist, enjoys tennis and golf and also plays trumpet in local brass ensembles.
